From two pioneers to one corporate group.
Greenlux Lighting Solutions’ story began with two parallel journeys. Greenlux was founded in 2007 with a focus on energy-efficient general lighting, while Valoya was established in 2009 to explore how advanced LED technology could improve plant cultivation. Over time, both companies developed strong technical expertise within their respective fields.
In 2022, these complementary strengths came together under one corporate entity: Greenlux Lighting Solutions Oy. Today, the company operates with two dedicated product brands, united by shared values, engineering excellence, and a long-term commitment to innovation.
